    getting back into the swing of things

    Wow!  I have gotten off track with my diet and exercise plan.  After my car accident I lost focus on my goal.  I really do need to get back on the wagon and get my self in gear.  I do not need to be this heavy and I am not going to get any smaller if I don't force myself to go for it.  My mother in law is wanting to join a local gym so we can work out together.  I am so excited I have been on this journey with out the personal support most of you are lucky enough to have.  I can't wait to have some one that I am accountable to.  My current weight is now 272 lbs.  I know have 72 lbs to loose by mid summer to reach my first goal of 200 lbs by vacation time.  and another 50 - 75 lbs by Christmas.  Big goals I know but if I stay on track I can fo it.
